DATA PROTECTION ACT
The information herein concerns personal data which is subject to use
by Café Mobili, be it directly obtained from the website www.cafemobili.it
or directly by telephone, fax, e-mail or other. In any moment it will
be possible to request the modification or cancellation of personal data
as stated in Article 7 of the Law 196/03 and successive modifications.
Means of Processing
Data may be processed both manually and by electronic means, in any case
following the correct procedure and with reasonable discretion. Systems
are equipped with the appropriate safety measures aimed at preventing
loss of data, illecit or incorrect uses and unauthorised access.
Aims
Data received by Café Mobili will be processed with the aim of
- offering a personalised service to the client
- sending requested information connected to the activities of Café Mobili
and to the prodcuts currently available.
- Keeping clients updated on new offers of products and services
- Managing financial and administrative relations
Persons to whom the data can be transmitted and scope of transmission
The data can be transmitted, exclusively within the
scope of the aims illustrated above, to the following
categories of person:
- authorised staff of the agency
- real estate agents and persons working in collaboration with Café Mobili
- legal and notary firms during the phase of stipulation of contracts
(preliminary contracts, deeds of sale, purchase deeds and so on)
Rights of the Interested Party
According to the regulations stipulated in Art. 7 of the Civil Code,
besides the information included in this document, the Interested Party
has the right to:
• Receive confirmation, freely and in an intelligible format, of the
existence or not of his/her data on our database.;
• Obtain updates, variations or completion of the said data or the blocking/cancellation
of the same due to violation of Law or ceased need for conservation;
• - To oppose the processing of said data for legitimate reasons or for
the sending of publicity material, direct sales, market research, commercial
announcements.
